Sophia obtained her Bachelor of Health Science degree from McMaster University, followed by her Masters of Science at Queen’s University, and is currently working towards her Clinical Research Professional Certification.  Sophia began her career coordinating scientific conferences and workshops at Queen’s University, after which she transitioned into clinical research at the Breast Cancer Unit at Women’s College Hospital.

Sophia has extensive experience with project management and coordinating clinical trials and is working on a study assessing the scalability of Antimicrobial Stewardship interventions in primary care settings, under the supervision of Dr. Warren McIsaac at Mount Sinai Hospital.
