• Being intentional, coherent and coordinated in our approach to research by aligning excellence in research with that of Sinai Health and UHN, the patient population they serve and the settings in which care is delivered

• Broadening and strengthening relationships with research collaboration partners and platforms to ensure we address research needs of patients efficiently with the appropriate depth and breadth

• Ensuring up-to-date resources are available to support team members and future researchers

• Ensuring the knowledge translation of our research output is effective
